The Mansion
Its Terraces
PALAZZO ZINGONE is part of a historic residence located in Vettica, a hamlet of Praiano facing Positano and overlooking Capri, a short distance from the two local beaches and the wonderful Church of San Gennaro.
Thanks to its elevated position, the building seems to be suspended between the sky and the sea, offering a breathtaking view of the coast from its terraces.
This eighteenth-century structure is one of the oldest and most well-known palaces in Praiano and is surrounded by gardens and the famous terraces typical of the coast
– once lemon groves – which now house various fruit trees, lemons and other types of citrus.
Today the portion of the building owned by the Zingone family, with its vaults, the dovecote and its votive shrine still retains its ancient charm.
Internally, the historic layout and period furniture have been highlighted with a contemporary Mediterranean style, obtaining an essential and very elegant result.
